Terms of Use [Terms of Use]

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use govern all matters related to registration and use of the various services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by Nobeltech (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its users (including all websites that share the Company's basic database, websites operated by the Company, and affiliated websites (hereinafter referred to as the "Site")).

Article 2 (Definitions of Terms)

The definitions of key terms used in these Terms of Use are as follows:

1) Member: A person who has been assigned a user ID to receive the Services.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments to the Terms of Use)

1) These Terms of Use become effective upon registration as a member and may be amended to the extent that they do not violate applicable laws. Amended Terms of Use become effective upon posting online. Any amendments to important provisions, such as those governing the rights or obligations of users, will be announced in advance.

2) Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions means you agree to regularly visit the website to check for changes to the Terms and Conditions. The Company is not responsible for any damages suffered by users due to lack of information on the revised Terms and Conditions.

3) If a member disagrees with the revised Terms and Conditions, they may request withdrawal of membership. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to the Terms and Conditions.

Article 4 (Rules Other than Terms and Conditions)

1) Detailed information regarding individual services or Company policies announced on the website under these Terms and Conditions shall be determined by the Service Guide (including help-related menus such as the Help Desk, notices on each menu and service screen, and notices posted on the website, as well as the description of the services provided online by the Company, usage rights, member obligations, and responsibilities, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Guide"). For any other matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, the Service Guide shall govern.

2) The provisions of Article 3, Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall also apply to changes to the Service Guide and consent to such changes.

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

1) Those wishing to become members of the site must fill out their membership information according to the company's registration form and click the "Agree to Terms and Conditions" and "Register" buttons to apply for membership.

2) Members must provide their real name and resident registration number. All information entered in the company's registration form is deemed truthful. However, the Company may withhold membership approval, restrict site use, or even reject applications for those who fall under any of the following categories:
1. If the registration information is found to be false (including false names, false names, or theft of resident registration numbers), or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect such information.
2. If the applicant has previously lost membership on the relevant website due to violations of these Terms and Conditions, the Service Guide, or other relevant laws and regulations.

5) The membership agreement is established when the Company's approval reaches the applicant.

6) Since the member databases of all sites operated by the Company are integrated and operated, agreeing to these Terms and Conditions signifies your consent to becoming a member operated by the Company.

Article 6 (Company Obligations)

3) Within the scope of paragraph 2), the Company may compile and use statistical data on the personal information of all or some members in connection with its business operations, and may transmit cookies to the member's computer through the Service. In this case, members can change their computer browser settings to refuse cookies or to warn them about cookie reception.

4) The Company provides members with various information and advertisements deemed necessary during their use of the Service via email, letter, or landline/wireless phone.

5) The Company, in principle, proactively addresses complaints filed by members if they are deemed justified.

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

1) Member information requested upon registration must be truthful and accurate. Furthermore, members must maintain and update the information already provided to ensure it is truthful and accurate. Members are responsible for any problems arising from their failure to do so, and the Company shall not be held liable. Names, IDs, and resident registration numbers cannot be modified.

2) Members are solely responsible for any dishonest information provided by members or for any other violations of these Terms and Conditions or the Service Guide. If the Company suffers damages as a result of such actions, the Company may hold the member liable under civil and criminal law.

3) The Company does not guarantee the identity of members. Furthermore, members are solely responsible for any problems that arise between members through online or offline meetings on the site, and the company bears no responsibility. Therefore, careful judgment is required for any type of meeting.

4) Members must review and comply with any notices or announcements made by the company. The company is not responsible for any problems or damages suffered by members due to failure to do so.

5) Members are solely responsible for all information posted, transmitted, or obtained through this service, or posted, transmitted, or obtained via email or other means. The company bears no responsibility whatsoever.

6. Posting, publishing, transmitting by e-mail or other means, or using illegal electioneering, advertisements, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of solicitation without the Company's approval.
7. Collecting or storing other users' personal information.
8. Interfering with or delaying the normal operation or maintenance of the Service.
9. Installing computer virus programs that cause the malfunction of information and communication equipment or the destruction of information. Disseminating

11. Engaging in for-profit activities, such as selling illegal goods, using the Service.
12. Engaging in hacking, commercial activities through pornographic websites, or illegally distributing commercial software.
13. Acts that can be objectively judged to be related to crime.
14. Impersonating the Company's management, administrators, or related personnel.
15. Exploiting bugs in the Company's programs or acquiring cyber assets through abnormal means.
16. Modifying the Company's client program, hacking the Company's server, or arbitrarily modifying part or all of the website or posted information without special permission from the Company.
17. Violating these Terms and Conditions, other Company policies, or other relevant laws and regulations.
18. Defaming or damaging the reputation of other users or third parties.

7) Members may not transfer or gift their service usage rights or other contractual status to others, or offer them as collateral, without the Company's express consent.

8) If a member violates these Terms and Conditions or is requested by another member to withdraw or publicly disclose their status as a delinquent member for any other reason, the reported member's activities will be suspended, and the company will begin verifying the facts. If the report is deemed appropriate, the site administrator will issue a warning via phone or wireless to improve member activity. This constitutes the first warning for delinquent members. If such behavior persists three or more times after the warning, the member will be subject to a delinquent member withdrawal.
